Closing
Funds and Meeting We will
meet with you a day or two before closing to sign
and review all closing documents. At
this meeting, we will also review the statement
of adjustments which sets out
the adjusted purchase price after taking
into account your deposit, the vendor's
realty tax payments, and the builder's
adjustments, if applicable. You'll bring in the funds
required to close including the land
transfer tax and the balance of the legal fees by
certified cheque or bank draft. We will
deal directly with your bank to obtain
the mortgage funds. The
